WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

  • 1 sharp serrated knife

  • 1 shallow serving bowl and fork

ALWAYS WORK SAFELY WITH SHARP BLADES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 standard sized triangle block of stilton
  • 1 standard sized container of dark and green olives stuffed
  • 1 rinsed large plum tomato
  • 1 rinsed handful of little plum tomatoes
  • 2 sticks of rinsed celery
  • 1 rinsed ripe conference pear
  • 2 squirts of honey
  • 2/3 of a lemon for lemon juice

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. Rinse, large plum tomato, small handful of tomatoes, two sticks of celery, and the conference pear.
  2. Roughly slice a large tomato and place in shallow bowl.
  3. Slice and dice roughly the conference pear.
  4. Cut the ends off (route and other end) and slice celery.
  5. Open the container of olives and pour into the bowl. (I am okay with extra juice)
  6. Cut roughly 2/3 of the block of stilton and place in bowl.
  7. Once all of the ingredients are in the bowl tossed gently adding 2/3 of a lemon juice and a tablespoon (two squirts) of your favourite honey.

    Again toss gently.

NO SALT OR PEPPER, let the stilton and olives do the talking!
